Na So E take happen for Benue on Sunday, June 15, 2025, wey  one serious gbege burst for Wurukum Roundabout, Makurdi as youth scatter Police commissioner.

Di Benue State Police Commissioner, Emenari Ifeanyi, waka come di protest ground but instead of respect, na angry youths scatter am comot.

You no go believe how e happen!

Protest Ground Full Ground Over Yelewata Massacre

Di wahala start because over 200 pipo for Yelewata, Guma Local Government Area, don die.

Dem die after one brutal attack wey many pipo talk say na armed herdsmen do am.

Di pipo no gree again. So, dem gather for Wurukum Roundabout, all dressed in black, carrying placards, shouting for justice.

Dem no dey joke at all. D protesters carry heavy grief and anger for their chants.

Dem dey shout make government do something fast, both state and federal.

Di message clear: “Stop di killing, stop di madness!”

Police Commissioner Show Face, But Na Drama E Bring.

Comrade Police Commissioner Ifeanyi no come to play.

Him come with plenty heavily armed police officers, maybe to show say na serious mata.

Him try talk to di crowd, but di youths no gree hear word.

Instead, dem shout am down, tell am say, “Go to Yelewata! No dey talk for here!”

Imagine! Di man wey suppose calm di crowd, na so dem take chase am comot.

E be like say di youths say, “If you no fit protect us, no come dey do anyhow for our ground.”

    Police Fire Teargas, Chaos Follow

After di Police Commissioner waka comot, di police dem no calm down.

Dem start to fire teargas for the protesters. Na so pandemonium start.

Pipo begin run here and there, some even hurt. Di whole place turn to wahala ground.

    Who Dey Protect Who

    So, make we talk true.

Di police come with gun and teargas, but di pipo wey dem suppose protect no gree again.

Di youths talk say make police go Yelewata, di place where over 200 pipo die, but police no fit do anything.

Instead, dem come try scatter protest ground with teargas.

E be like say na police and herdsmen dey one team.

Di pipo wey dey suffer no get voice.

Di government dey look, di police dey look, but who go protect di pipo?

Dis incident for Benue na clear example say pipo no dey joke again.

Di youths don tire of empty promises and fake peace talk.

Dem want action, justice, and protection.

Police Commissioner Ifeanyi learn lesson that day: no be everywhere you fit show face, especially if you no get solution.

Di question now be: who go answer for Yelewata massacre?

Who go stop the killing? And who go bring peace to Benue State?

As e be now, na only teargas and shouting dey for ground.

Di pipo dey wait, but government dey sleep.

Make we hope say next time, better sense go prevail, and peace go return to Benue.

But for now, na “Go to Yelewata” remain di loudest message for Makurdi streets.
