    Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress in Wards 5 and 6, Ukpom, Ikono Local Government Area, have unanimously passed a resounding vote of confidence.

    Strong endorsement targets Tinubu, Akpabio, Gov. Umo Eno’s exemplary leadership for 2027 in Ukpom, Ikono APC wards.

    Unanimous endorsement of leaders for 2027 elections signals robust APC unity, future commitment in Ukpom Wards 5 and 6.

    APC Endorses Tinubu Trio for 2027

    Landmark APC joint meeting held over weekend at Barr. Imo Effiong Akpan’s residence, RMAFC Federal Commissioner, Ukpom, Ikono LGA.

    It united about 184 party stakeholders, including former and current elected officials from APC Wards 5 and 6, Ukpom, Ikono Local Government Area.

    This gathering signals a united front, robust grassroots mobilisation, and unwavering commitment to party leadership ahead of the 2027 general elections.

    Udongobong Convenes Pivotal APC Meeting

    The pivotal joint meeting was convened by Ward Chairman Mr. Udongobong, ensuring broad representation from APC Wards 5 and 6 in Ukpom.

    He consulted closely with Ikono Local Government Council Chairman, Rt. Hon. Otobong Essien, lending significant administrative authority to the proceedings.

    Key figures included Federal Commissioner RMAFC Barr. Imo Akpan and former House member Rt. Hon. Engr. Iboro Ekanem, amplifying its political weight.

    Key APC Leaders Attend Meeting

    Attendees: Hon. Barr. John Akpan (past Ikono Transition Vice Chair), Hon. Dr. David Akpan Ntuk (ex-Vice Chair), Hon. Nsikak Ntok (past Council Leader).

    Also present were sitting councillors, Special Advisers to the Governor on Community Development, and former councilors from the two Wards.

    Communique commends Tinubu’s visionary leadership, transformative strides; motions back second term to consolidate first-term gains, stakeholders affirm.

    Stakeholders express profound appreciation for Akpabio’s legislative acumen, nationalistic vision; endorse his re-election, continuation as Senate President.

    In the same vein, the gathering reaffirmed “unflinching support” for Governor Umo Eno.

    Eno Endorsed for Second Term

    Praised Umo Eno’s people-oriented policies, infrastructure, inclusive governance; unanimously endorse second term to consolidate laudable achievements.

    Key resolutions passed via motion by Hon. Nsikak Ntok at landmark APC stakeholders’ joint meeting in Ukpom, Ikono LGA.

    Motion strongly supported, seconded by Hon. Patricia Bassey, Ukpom Ward 6 Councillor in Ikono Local Government Area.

    Motion Co-Seconded by Essien Secures Unanimous APC Backing

    Co-seconded by Hon. Ndifreke Ibanga Essien, ex-Ukpom Ward 5 Councillor, ensuring unanimous passage and full commitment from all attendees.

    Stakeholders issued a clarion call for unwavering unity and robust mobilisation across APC structures in Wards 5 and 6, Ukpom, Ikono.

    Ukpom indigenes at home urged to promptly obtain PVCs and actively participate in the democratic process ahead of 2027 polls.

    Diaspora members were also called to secure PVCs and return to vote en masse for the endorsed leaders in the 2027 elections.
