Yoruba Nollywood actress Juwon Adewunmi has opened up about the unusual understanding she shares with her husband concerning infidelity, describing their marriage arrangement as unconventional.
She explained that their relationship allows openness about extra-marital affairs, a revelation that has drawn attention because it contrasts sharply with traditional expectations of marriage.

Pretty Juwon Adewunmi is one of the new acts adding extra glamour and flavour to Yoruba films of today.
Juwon started acting since 1995 but then was only featuring in her mum’s production.
Later, she joined the group, the African Spirit Performing Art in 2005 at Gbagada, Lagos.
The head of the group was Mr. Lekan Ojo (aka Gbatami), who she calls her master in the profession.
Adewunmi Says Husband Openly Shares His Affairs
Speaking in an interview on Talk to B podcast, the actress explained that her husband does not hide his affairs from her.
She stated that he always comes to tell her whenever he has been with another woman. After confessing, he will then ask for her forgiveness.
Adewunmi noted that her husband even has girlfriends and talks about them openly with her.
She described him as someone who does not know how to lie or keep secrets from his wife.
According to her, this honesty is what makes their marriage work despite the cheating.
According to her, the major difference lies in openness and communication, which she believes makes white men more straightforward about their actions than many Nigerian men.
Husband Admits Wrongdoing, Seeks Her Forgiveness
He will ask if they are good again after she accepts his apology.
Her words: “Just like Nigerian men, white men also cheat, and I have caught my husband several times.
After I accept his apology, he will ask if we are good, just to confirm that I have truly forgiven him.
Even my husband has many girlfriends. He always tells me about them because he is not the type that knows how to lie or hide something from his wife.”
